Accra Beans

 

Accra consists of deep-fried bean cakes made from black-eyed peas or cowpeas. These savory fritters are seasoned with spices, onions, and sometimes peppers, then formed into small balls or patties and fried until golden and crispy on the outside while remaining soft and fluffy on the inside. Accra is one of the most popular street food in Cameroon and other West African countries like Nigeria, and Ghana.
